When you use BIGSOFT we collect:
- Email address — for account login
- Username — display name
- Password — stored securely via Firebase Authentication (we never see it in plain text)
- Device identifier — a unique random ID generated on your device for license activation. Not a hardware identifier, not used for advertising.
- Business data you enter — products, customers, suppliers, invoices, payments. This is YOUR data.
We do not collect: location, contacts, SMS, photos (except product images you upload), microphone, advertising ID.
- Email + password: authentication via Firebase
- Device ID: to track license status (DEMO/PRO) per device
- Business data: synchronized to your private cloud database (Turso) — accessible only by your authorized devices
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

All connections use HTTPS.
4. Data Retention
- Account: kept while active. Deleted within 30 days of deletion request.
- Business data: kept while your store license is active.
- Device identifier: persistent until app uninstall + clearing backup.
5. Your Rights
- Access your data: visible in the app (Settings → Account)
- Delete your account: email haithem6544@gmail.com with subject “Delete account: "
- Export business data: use the Excel export feature
- Withdraw consent: uninstall the app and request server-side deletion
6. Children
BIGSOFT is for business use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
7. Security
- All passwords managed and hashed by Firebase Authentication
- All network communication encrypted via HTTPS / TLS
- Device identifier stored in encrypted local storage (Android EncryptedSharedPreferences / iOS Keychain)
